Spacious and fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment, located in a quiet, fenced residential complex in the village of Castelluzzo.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned in all three main rooms and offers a modern bathroom. It is designed to provide comfort for the whole family, even during longer stays.
Sleeping and spending time together
The apartment has two bedrooms and a spacious living room:
Large bedroom: double bed (160 cm), pull-out bed for 1-2 people (2× 80 cm) and a desk
Small bedroom: bunk bed with lower bed (140 cm) and upper bed (90 cm)
Living room: sofa bed (160 cm), TV with Netflix and HBO, toys and board games for children
There are also pool and beach towels

Fully equipped kitchenette: gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso, kettle
Covered terrace with seating and charcoal grill (equipment included)
Washing machine and garden cabinets with complete beach, pool and cleaning supplies
Swimming pool
For moments of relaxation and quick refreshment, the residence has a private swimming pool, available throughout the day.
Everything for the pool and the beach
Towels, sun loungers, beach mats and an umbrella are available directly at the apartment. You can also rent a paddle board.
Terrace with barbecue
Spacious covered terrace with barbecue, hammock and comfortable seating for morning coffee and evening relaxation.
Washing machine
There is a washing machine on the terrace in case you need to wash your clothes during your stay.

Private pool and residence
The apartment is located in a fenced residence with a courtyard and private parking. The area also includes a piece of greenery. The dominant feature is a private swimming pool with a garden shower.

Food, bars and restaurants
The residential complex is surrounded by several restaurants, a pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, a bar, a grocery store, a bakery, and a pharmacy. There is also a church nearby, in the adjacent grounds of which various festivals and social events are held throughout the year.
